SoftConcept, as the prime contractor, wins the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Border Enforcement & Management Systems Division (BEMSD) Contract Support for CBP Overtime Scheduling System (COSS) and Time and Attendance Management System (TAMS), and Supporting Environments. Under this contract, SoftConcept provides Program Management, Software Development, Service Desk, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support services. Our services include design, develop, code, test, implement, operation, and maintain BDMSD software (Java and Mainframe); support DevOps environment for automation of testing and source code migration; provide audit and cybersecurity tasks and activities; log, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve help desk tickets; develop and maintain internal/external system interfaces and data exchanges; and provide subject matter expertise in support of system modernization efforts.
