SoftConcept is a member of the General Dynamics (GD) Team for the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) Program. DHS EAGLE is an established suite of indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts for IT support services that enables Department Homeland Security (DHS) business and program units to acquire business and technical support from vendors in support of their mission. DHS EAGLE is designed to offer a broad range of services, solutions and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT services needs.

EAGLE will serve as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in the following functional categories:

• Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
• Operations and Maintenance
• Software Development
• Management Support Services
