In 1999, Mr. Lee founded SoftConcept Inc, an Information Technology services company,
located in Fairfax, Virginia. He established the company with the vision of being
recognized by his customers as their best-of-best service provider. The family philosophy
and entrepreneurial spirit that Mr. Lee established at SoftConcept have been key factors

manages SoftConcept through a horizontal structure that facilitates open communications
among management and staff. This enables SoftConcept to remain agile and respond quickly
to changing customer needs.
Mr. Lee acquired the company's first commercial engineering services contract in 1999.
One year later, he was awarded a software engineering services contract from the Defense
Information Systems Agency. Since then, he has compiled a robust portfolio of contract
vehicles and customers. Reinvesting the majority of the company's profits into its
IR&D program, SoftConcept quickly became a prominent IT engineering firm.
